The Northumbrian Quality Feed range of Organic Feeds includes as many raw materials as possible sourced from local farms in Northumberland and the Borders. The range includes feeds for Dairy, Beef, Sheep, Pigs and Poultry in the form of rolls, nuggets, pellets and mixtures. Specialist products can be tailor made to suit a particular farm’s needs.
At Northumbrian Quality Feeds, all of our materials (wheat, barley, oats, peas, beans, soya, sunflower, lucerne) are 100% organic, confirmed by the approval of UFAS, SQC, OF&G & QMS. Cereals come ready rolled, making the nutrients readily available for the animal, soya, sunflower and lucerne are blended in to compliment the diet.
Raw materials are blended together at different levels of inclusion to supply an end product with protein ranging between 12-30%. Blends can be tailored to customer requirements, with the inclusion of desired products from our list of raw materials.
Individual raw materials can also be purchased as a straight for inclusion to your home based rations. Our feeds will satisfy the requirements of all types of stock from pig, poultry, ewes and lambs, beef and dairy cattle.
